The summer season is approaching, and with it the big question: where should we go, and how will we get internet? We've gathered the 10 most popular destinations for summer 2026, and for each we show the best internet solution.

1. Greece (EU)
Internet: EU roaming is perfect for a short holiday. On the Greek islands (Crete, Rhodes, Santorini, Corfu) 4G coverage is good. Variable on smaller, remote islands.
Recommendation: EU roaming / eSIM for a longer stay
2. Croatia (EU)
Internet: EU roaming applies. The coast (Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar) has excellent coverage. Reliable on the islands (Hvar, Brač) too.
Recommendation: EU roaming. Warning: Montenegro is not the EU — if you take a trip there, you may be charged roaming!
3. Turkey (non-EU)
Internet: Roaming is expensive (Zone II). An eSIM is the best choice: cheap, reliable 4G/LTE all along the coast.

4. Italy (EU)
