Account and Data Deletion
How can I delete my account?
You may request deletion of your eSIM Surfer account and related data in the following ways:
In the application
- Open the eSIM Surfer application
- Go to Profile
- Select Settings
- Scroll down to Delete account
- Confirm that you want to delete your account
By email
If you cannot sign in to the application, send an email to:
Subject: Account deletion request
Please include the email address associated with your account.
What data do we delete?
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete the following data:

| Wallet balance | Virtual wallet balance (non-refundable) |
| Transaction history | Wallet transactions, top-ups |
| Order history | Details of previous eSIM purchases |
| eSIM data | Stored eSIMs, nicknames, shares |
| Push notifications | Device tokens, notification settings |
| Authentication data | Passkeys, sign-in history |
| Referral data | Referral code, referrals |
| Promotional data | Redeemed coupon codes, cashback history |
What data do we retain?
We must retain certain data for specified periods due to legal obligations:

Retained data is stored separately from other data with restricted access and used solely to comply with applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We delete the data when the retention period expires.
Important information
Wallet balance
Please note: Use your Wallet balance before deleting your account. Any remaining balance cannot be refunded on deletion.
Active eSIMs
Already purchased and activated eSIMs remain operational until they expire, even after account deletion. However:
- You cannot view data usage
- You cannot download the QR code again
- You cannot share them with others
Deletion timeframe
We process account-deletion requests within 30 days. When deletion is performed in the application, the data is deleted immediately.
